More than 300 vacancies on offer at Devonport Jobs Fair: DESE | The Advocate

More than 300 job vacancies are expected to be available on the Devonport Jobs Fair day, according to a spokesperson for the Department of Education, Skills, and Employment. The Devonport Jobs Fair will be held at Providore Place on April 15 from 9 am until 4 pm. The last jobs fair staged at the same events pavilion in July 2018 reportedly attracted 802 attendees and 44 exhibitors with 114 jobs on offer. However, there was no information available from the DESE on how many people secured jobs after attending the fair in 2018. Last year the Tasmanian Virtual Jobs Fair 2020 attracted 870 attendees and 43 exhibitors with 2940 jobs on offer. “We are expecting to potentially have more…
