Eddie Maguire and navigator Zak Brakey have sent a warning that they will be a serious threat at Targa Tasmania in April after taking out the Hellyer North West Rally of Champions event on Saturday. Driving a Dodge Viper ACR, Maguire and Brakey claimed outright honours by 22.4 seconds from Jason and John White in another Dodge Viper, with Eddie’s brother Steve and Stuart Benson third in a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X RS, another 44.2 seconds behind.
