One of the state’s dog rescues is unable to take in any more pooches unless it can secure financial support on a regular basis, as it needs about $1400 a month to cover food alone. Border Collie Rescue, Rehome and Sanctuary Tasmania has rehomed 42 dogs since it became registered last March.
